Tourist Visa

1. Submit your Passport with at least six months remaining validity
2. 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
3. 1 recent passport-type photograph
4. Completed Cover Page (print from browser)
5. Evidence of legal residence in U.S.A. (ie: valid multiple entry visa with I-94 attached, copy of alien registration card)
6. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary

Valid passport, onward/return ticket, proof of sufficient funds and entry fee required for a stay of up to 30 days.  A visa is not required for U.S. citizens; however, a tourist card must be purchased ($5) upon arrival.  Tourist cards are typically issued for 30 to 90 days. 

Visitors remaining more than the authorized time must obtain an extension from Nicaraguan Immigration.  A valid entry stamp is required to exit Nicaragua.  Airport departure tax $32.
